Reporting into the Department Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and driving KPIs, taking action to meet targets daily and weekly
• Setting performance targets, reviewing progress, and creating action plans for improvement, including cost reduction and standard enhancements
• Identifying solutions and implementing continuous improvement strategies
• Spotting and developing talent through coaching and guidance
• Looking after colleague welfare and improving attendance standards
• Allocating tasks and conducting daily shift briefs

About You

Alongside a strong work ethic, you will have:

• Management or supervisory experience in a large-scale production environment, ideally in Food Manufacturing
• The ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistent customer service, with strong problem-solving skills
• A proven track record of managing people and delivering results through a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Assertiveness and the ability to make quick decisions
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Understanding of cost models, budget control, and pest management experience
