Title: Manufacturing Area Lead/Production Team Manager

Function: Manufacturing

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 40.25 hours per week

Hours: 4 on 4 off (4 days on, 4 off, then 4 nights on, 4 off)

Are you a Team Manager with experience in manufacturing or production, seeking a new opportunity in an FMCG environment? Our Gluten Free Bakery is looking for a Manufacturing Area Lead to join their team!

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies
• Experience monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance, and quick resolution of issues
• Understanding of site-level planning activities
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve KPIs and targets, fostering future leaders
