PrepWorld is seeking a Production Team Leader Nights to oversee first-line management on a busy fresh cut fruit production line. You will lead by example on the production floor, ensuring targets, safety, and quality are met while engaging the team.

The role focuses on managing labour costs, waste, and compliance with customer specs in a fast-paced environment, with training provided where needed.

• Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment.
• Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic English and numeracy skills.

Pay Rates (Paid Weekly)

• Level 1: £13.84 per hour + £0.50 night shift allowance

PrepWorld is looking for Production Team Leaders Nights to take daily responsibility for the first-line management of a section of the Production Team within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead by example on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and team engagement.

Main Duties

• Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
• Management of labour costs for your team
• Management of waste levels for your team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications
