A leading automotive service provider in Bristol seeks a Production Team Leader. You will manage a team ensuring accurate vehicle condition descriptions, support employee management, and adhere to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in management, organizational skills, and a Full UK Driving Licence. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package are offered.

Salary – £30,555 (£14.69/hour)
Location – BCA Avonmouth (Bristol)
Working Hours – 40 hours Monday to Friday (one Saturday in five with a day off in lieu)

Your role will be leading the team to create an accurate description of a vehicle condition aligned to BCA grading and costed inspection standards, so that details of the condition and specification of vehicles entered onto the in-house systems are accurate.
To support the Duty Manager - Production in the delivery of all elements of effective people management including recruitment, training, performance management, communication, and wellbeing.
