Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking an experienced Team Manager to drive results through a large-scale production operation in the UK. You will lead and engage teams, ensure they are well managed and productive, and adapt quickly to change.

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will monitor KPIs, set targets, coach and develop colleagues, manage welfare and attendance, and contribute to cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a large-scale production environment.
• Ability to challenge decisions and drive consistent service quality.
• Proven track record of delivering results through effective people management.
• Assertive with strong decision-making and a can-do attitude.
• Understanding of cost models, budget control, and pest management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive KPIs; take action to meet targets daily and weekly.
• Set performance targets and create action plans to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving across the operation.
• Spot and develop talent through coaching and guidance.
• Look after colleague welfare and improve attendance standards.
• Allocate tasks and conduct daily shift briefs.
