About the role:

Lead shift operations in our Eastbourne Manufacturing Centre, guiding your team to high-quality production and continuous improvement.

• Motivate, mentor, and develop staff through appraisals and Personal Development Plans.
• Assess training needs and maintain performance records.
• Manage administrative tasks like timesheets and overtime communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and address safety or housekeeping issues.
• Promote open communication and team collaboration.
• Work with engineers to resolve production delays.
• Lead meetings and support IMS maintenance for ISO certifications.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Working hours: 06:15 - 14:15, Monday to Friday.
