Ipsen is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide a dedicated manufacturing team through a period of transformation. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact- motivating, managing change and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a key figure in our manufacturing operations, you’ll lead by example to ensure production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with cGMP and EHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a production team of 6 through a period of transformation ensuring a positive change management.
  • Identify training needs and support personal development across the team.
  • Support with calibration, validation and maintenance activities where needed.
  • Ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in full compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and track performance using KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a similar leadership position from the pharma industry
  • Natural leader with the ability to motivate, empower and encourage positive change
