Salary: GBP22,900 - GBP24,800
Hours: Days, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Production Team Leader looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.
3. Support, train, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
4. Maintain accountability for stock levels and ensure accurate records are kept.
5. Monitor and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
2. Experience as a Senior Operative, Line Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor role.
