Production Team Leader

Salary: 35,100 per annum

Full-time: 45 hours per week

Shift: Early or late shifts

As a Production Team Leader, you will lead your section and report any issues to the Shift Manager. The environment is fast-paced, with overtime available and well-established teams.

Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader

1. Monitor production line performance and KPIs.
2. Maintain standards in quality, safety, and process.
3. Oversee employee performance and development.
4. Support the Room Leader and manage shift operations.
5. Align with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Experience required for the Production Team Leader

1. Manufacturing production experience.
2. Proven track record in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Food Safety, and HACCP.
4. Previous supervisory experience.
