MTrec Recruitment are proud to be representing our industry leading manufacturing client in their 2025 expansion plans. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring high standards across safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in the daily operations, working closely with both frontline staff and management to deliver consistent results and continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern:
  • Monday to Friday AM (06:00- 14:00)
  • Monday to Friday PM (14:00- 22:00)
The Job you will do:
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve operational targets.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
  • Conduct routine equipment and machinery checks to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and implement improvements in production processes.
  • Monitor and report production output, maintaining accurate records and addressing any variances.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
