Production Team Leader(Food Manufacturing/Non-Meat) – Temp to Perm or Permanent Opportunity

Location: Norwich
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Shift: Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00)
Training provided on rotating day shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production line operations to ensure efficiency and achievement of targets
• Supervise and support a team of operatives, fostering teamwork and performance
• Monitor and maintain product quality in line with company standards
• Carry out effective line changeovers with minimal disruption
• Maintain health and safety compliance throughout the production area
• Assist with stock control and report any issues promptly
• Identify and report equipment maintenance needs
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity and process improvement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or line leader role (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Willingness to work night shifts and attend training on day shifts
