Job summary

A well-established FMCG company in South Lincoln is seeking a Production Team Leader to lead their shifts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring productivity and performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have team leadership experience and a valid FLT licence. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Production and Operations Manager, with no night shifts involved.

They are looking to grow the team and are looking for Experience Team Leaders to join their shifts. They have 2 shifts in operation and are looking for one person on each shift

No nights are involved in these roles.

Are you a natural team leader, who is passionate about productivity and performance, this is fast paced environment. They are looking for people that can motivate the team.

Things youll be dealing with are Planning, Leadership, Performance and Quality, H & S, FLT Driving (when needed), IT Proficiency, Training and Development. Working closely with the Production And Operations Manager.
