Role: Production Team Leader
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: circa 30,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be responsible for ensuring your line meets its daily targets while maintaining high standards across health & safety, quality, output, and labour planning. You'll be the vital link between our production operatives and senior management, keeping communication clear, the team motivated, and processes running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving daily output targets as set by the planning team
• Leading by example and fostering a positive, high-performing culture
• Ensuring compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures on the shop floor
• Supporting and maintaining labour planning and approving holiday schedules
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, staging, and backflushing accuracy
• Owning and updating key factory boards (H&S, Production etc) daily
• Upholding equipment maintenance and 3S (Sort, set in order, Shine) housekeeping standards
• Driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity
