The successful candidate will work on a Sunday to Thursday night shift pattern, averaging 40 hours per week. Job Description

Lead and support the team to ensure maximum utilization of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of Right First-Time products. Deputise for the Manufacturing Manager as required. Ensure operations are within the company's quality, safety, and environmental frameworks, while fostering a team working and continuous improvement culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production demands, aligning with the company's growth plans.
2. Promote a positive culture and behavioral values to prepare the team for operational challenges.
3. Maintain operational flexibility and efficient utilization of resources, including support functions such as Engineering, Logistics, and Technical.
4. Plan and organize production schedules.
5. Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
6. Determine quality control standards.
7. Oversee production processes.
