Working Hours & Salary

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Salary: £18.51 - £21.29

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and lead a team of operatives
• Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and cleanliness across the production area
• Support and motivate team members to meet performance targets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow
• Assist with manual handling tasks as needed (up to 25kg)
