Position: Production Team Leader

Location: Cookstown, Co. Tyrone

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor machine/operator performance against targets; liaise with staff/maintenance to address issues.
• Ensure sufficient product is fed to all production lines for efficient plant operation.
• Record hourly output figures and other machine data.
• Coordinate with Despatch, Distribution, and In-check departments to schedule work.
• Proactively promote health and safety, reporting safety observations and near misses.
