• Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged through organizing job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews, staff training, coaching, delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
• Support the Line Manager by taking personal responsibility and covering for them when unavailable.
• Champion health & safety initiatives and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
