Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Production Team Leader at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will supervise daily production activities, enforce health and safety standards, and deliver training to the team to ensure process understanding.

The role operates 4 days on, 4 days off, from 06:00 to 18:00, and you will work closely with management to monitor metrics and drive improvements in quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
• Effective leadership and mentoring of a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset and ability to improve production efficiency.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work:

4 days on, 4 days off - Rolling Shift / 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs

Salary:

£14.49 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
