Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator for its Boston, Lincolnshire site. The role handles daily order processing, liaises with hauliers, tracks inbound/outbound movements, and maintains stock levels.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, with experience in logistics favored. The position offers a fixed Sunday-Thursday shift 06:00–14:30 and pays £14.49 per hour, with a range of staff benefits and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing of customer orders for the despatch team.
• Supplying information to customers as required.
• Receipt of PODs and contact haulier with any queries.
• Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot.
• Record inbound and outbound movements of equipment and monitor charges.
• Daily stock count of equipment to maintain balances.
• Work with the despatch team to suit business needs.

• Support the with the processing of customer orders for the despatch team
• Supplying information to customers as required
• Receipt of POD's(proof of delivery) and contact haulier with any queries with them
• Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot
• Record of all inbound and outbound movements of equipment ensuring a system is maintained to check charges
• Daily stock count of equipment to make sure balances stay at an acceptable level
• Work with the despatch team when required to suit the business needs
  Previous experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of supply chain software systems is advantageous but not essential.
