Senior Production Team Leader, Robroyston, £35,000 - £39,400 + Bonus

We're recruiting for a Senior Production Team Leader to join our client's expanding manufacturing site in Robroyston, Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team during a major period of growth and investment, offering long-term stability and genuine scope for development.

What you'll be doing:
As Senior Production Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving operational success and ensuring efficient, high-quality production. You'll have the autonomy to shape and develop your team and department, working closely with the Ops Director to achieve business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full ownership of Health & Safety standards within your team.
  • Leading your team to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with KPI targets.
  • Collaborating closely with the planning team to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Maintaining product quality to meet both internal and external standards.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Attending production and operational meetings, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
  • Investigating non-conformance issues and managing escalations.
  • Managing training, coaching, and development to ensure your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Driving engagement and motivation across your team to achieve performance goals.
  • Overseeing compliance with company procedures, including GMP standards, SOPs, and lean manufacturing practices.

What you can expect:

  • A salary of £35,000 - £39,400 per annum and a bonus of up to £4,000 annually (linked to company and local performance)
