Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Production Team Leader for our Barton-upon-Humber site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, with a salary of £33,000 plus a quarterly bonus up to £250.

You will lead the late-shift team and support daily production and warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate has prior team leadership in a production/warehouse setting, strong communication skills, and solid health and safety knowledge.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards and workplace compliance.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Reliable, committed and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and support the late-shift team to meet production and quality targets.
• Support day-to-day production and warehouse tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure quality control, health and safety, PPE and uniform standards are followed.

In addition to any other duties,as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
