Production Team Leader

We are looking to recruit experienced Production Team Leaders for our plant in Airdrie. These roles will involve working in a Chilled Food Manufacturing environment; previous experience in a similar environment will strengthen your application.

Responsibilities

1. Ensuring Production targets are achieved
2. Managing departmental KPI's such as Quality/Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level, and Labour
3. Leading your team through briefings, coaching, and problem solving
4. Identifying high performers and managing team performance
5. People management including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, training, and development

About The Role

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 1600-0030

Salary: £14.26/hour plus backshift allowance
