Production Team Leader

Job Description

Location: Albert Bartlett & Sons, 251 Stirling Road

We are looking to recruit experienced Production Team Leaders for our plant in Airdrie. These roles will be working in a Chilled Food Manufacturing environment, therefore previous experience working within a similar environment will add weight to your application.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Ensuring Production targets are achieved
• Departmental KPI's such as Quality/Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level and Labour
• Leading your team through team briefings, on-line coaching and problem solving
• Identifying high performers and managing the performance of the team
• People management of your team including but not limited to Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary/Grievance, Performance Reviews, Training and Development

Monday-Friday - 1600-0030

SALARY

£14.26/hour plus backshift allowance
