Sofina Foods is seeking a Team Leader to head a high-performing production shift in the UK. You will drive daily production plans, coach and develop colleagues, and uphold food safety and GMP standards to deliver quality and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with Quality, Technical, Engineering, Logistics and HR to foster continuous improvement, maintain excellent housekeeping, and create a positive environment where people can thrive and stay engaged.

• Lead your shift to achieve daily production plans and KPIs.
• Set objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Champion food safety, quality, hygiene and GMP standards.
• Promote health and safety as a priority for all.
• Develop and mentor colleagues to maximise capability and engagement.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in the production area.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Quality, Technical, Engineering, Logistics and HR.
• Ensure equipment and work areas support safe, efficient production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
• Support the use and development of production systems.
