Wilson Language Training is seeking a 2nd shift Production Team Lead. This role involves overseeing daily production activities, covering for the Production Manager, scheduling tasks, coaching associates, and assembling products with accuracy. The position requires volunteer readiness and willingness to work long hours to meet goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Read and understand work orders
• Coach and mentor production associates
• Conduct spot checks of builds
• Follow safety policies
• Perform ERP transactions
• Uphold Wilson's values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Organizational and leadership skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Mastery of product descriptions, item numbers, and visual recognition
• Understanding of bill of materials (BOMs)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and operate materials handling equipment safely

Education or Certification:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• At least one year in a production environment; leadership experience preferred
