They are looking to recruit a Production Team Leader to oversee a high-performance machining cell specialising in CNC Machining, Grinding, and Toolmaking. This role is ideal for an experienced hands-on leader with a strong background in precision engineering and a drive for continuous improvement.

The Production Team Leader will ideally have the following attributes:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of CNC Machining, Surface/Cylindrical Grinding, and Toolroom practices
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality systems and inspection techniques
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and production efficiency improvements
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

The Production Team Leader role will involve:

• Managing a skilled team within a precision machining cell
• Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
