We're looking for a Production Support Leader to join our Enablement team, where you will be responsible for providing tooling, equipment, and production consumables to support our operations. You'll ensure the team is developed and empowered to meet the business's needs while focusing on continuous improvement. This includes leading cost reduction initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and developing strategies for future technologies. You will also manage project support, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure all work meets strict EHS and airworthiness standards.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Lead and manage the Enablement team to provide essential tooling, hand tools, and production consumables, focusing on waste reduction and lean principles.

  • Drive continuous improvement activities using the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) process and other lean tools to boost operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement future strategies for the Enablement area, introducing new technologies and processes to support production rate readiness.

  • Manage budgets for NPO, NRC, and CAPEX, ensuring financial targets are met and providing financial planning support.

  • Ensure the team operates with the highest safety and airworthiness standards and drive improvements in the working environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in leading or managing a diverse team within a manufacturing environment

  • Educated to HND/degree level or have equivalent experience.

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver improvement projects.

  • Knowledge of SAP systems and processes.

  • Practical knowledge of financial planning and control.
