In this role, your primary focus will be providing high quality user support to the global team, promptly resolving any system issues that impact front office trading flows. Collaborating with internal and external teams on a daily basis, your workload will be varied, with tasks including: support trading platforms on different OS environments - Windows & Linux; provide maintenance and support of static databases, and develop tools to continuously improve ability to monitor the trading environment.
