Proactive Global is seeking Production Supervisors for immediate start in Bletchley, MK. Roles involve supervising a small team of machine operators across multiple shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).

Hands-on supervision and occasional machine operation are required in a fast-paced production environment. Applicants should have prior team-lead experience in manufacturing or warehousing, and valid FLT licenses (counterbalance or Reach).

Role: Production Supervisors

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Rates: Up to £19-20ph

Shifts: We have the following shifts available 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday , 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday, 10pm - 6am Monday to Friday.

We are currently looking for Production/Machine Supervisors to start ASAP in Bletchley, MK.

Ideally we are looking for people with previous team-lead/supervisory experience from a production/manufacturing/industrial/engineering/or warehousing background.

The role will involve supervising a small team of machine operators and may also involve operating the machinery itself so could be a hands on based role.

Valid FLT licenses are essential (counterbalance or Reach truck)
