Production Supervisor (Weekday Shift rotation) - London - up to £48,000 + Shift Prem.+ OT + Bonus + Ex Benefits

Primary Purpose:

We're looking for a confident and collaborative Production Supervisor to guide and coordinate production across several teams during our weekday (Day & Night) shifts.You'll be a key point of contact during your shift—resolving issues, tracking performance, promoting safe and inclusive working practices, and supporting both team and personal development.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating others and creating a positive team culture where everyone can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support production teams to safely meet output and quality targets.
  • Create a positive, inclusive working environment that fosters collaboration and trust.
  • Manage and support staff performance, training needs, wellbeing, and attendance.
  • Champion a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a culture where everyone feels safe and valued.
  • Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change through collaboration.
  • Work closely with other departments to make sure materials and resources are available when needed.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including training, compliance, and production documentation.
  • Support with people management activities such as recruitment, HR investigations, and coaching.

  • Great communication skills - verbal and written - with a focus on clarity and respect.
  • Organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources effectively.
