Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a capable Production Supervisor/Team Lead for a bespoke manufacturing environment. You will oversee the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role offers full bespoke industry training, strong career progression, and anoffice-based role with some hybrid elements, commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury and surrounding areas.

Production Supervisor/ Team Lead (Bespoke Manufacturing)

£35,000 - £42,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke Industry Training

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas

Are you a self starting and highly organised Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader or Manufacturing supervisor with a background in any Engineering , Fabrication, Electro-Mechanical Machinery or Servicing sectors, looking to oversee a varied, skilled team of engineers, production operative and quality technicians, where you will receive full industry technical training and the scope to progress your career whilst having a strong impact on this close knit prestigious manufacturer?
