Are you an experienced production worker from a signage background who is looking to join a specialist company that can offer excellent career progression and training for a managerial role?

The company is a growing manufacturer and supplier of signage solutions and vehicle wrappings. From their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, they provide solutions for vehicle wrappings, vinyl designs and medical grade antibacterial films.

Since launching the company has experienced sustainable growth by always branching into new markets. They also provide spray painting, CNC routing and engraving solutions.

The successful candidate will be joining the company and learning to manage the production department, you will eventually be leading a team of 6 engineers. This position will be office based.

This role would suit a production worker from a signage background who is looking to take the next step in their career path by joining a specialist company that will train you in a managerial position.

The Role:

• Learn to supervise a team of six Production Technicians
• Learn to schedule all projects
• Complete regular Quality Checks
• Monday – Thursday (07:30 – 16:30) Friday (08:00 – 12:00)

The Person:

• Previous production experience withi the signage industry
