Forza Foods Ltd is recruiting a Supervisor - Low Risk to join the onsite Production Team at our Normanton facility. The role involves leading a production team, upholding GMP and site safety, and implementing continuous improvements.

You will manage staffing, coordinate with planning, and drive performance against KPIs in a fast-paced food production environment. The position offers a permanent contract with 4 on 2 off rotating shifts (5:30am-10:30pm).

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and organise resources and production schedules.
