Are you a hands-on production leader ready to take charge of a fast-paced night shift operation?

We re hiring a Night Shift Supervisor to lead Pack House teams through overnight operations driving performance, quality, and safety from planning through to final dispatch.

This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role where your communication, organisation, and operational know-how will have a direct impact on delivery and results.

What s the role?

You ll lead and supervise the Pack House night shift, ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our packing lines. You ll manage line leaders and operatives, oversee performance and compliance, and work cross-functionally with supply chain and logistics teams to meet customer demand.

You ll be the driving force behind clean lines, clear communication, and consistent output keeping everything on track, on time, and to spec.

What do you need?

• Proven experience in production or packing operations ideally food/fresh produce

• Confident people management skills, with the ability to lead by example

• Knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety, and environmental standards

• Ability to plan resources and balance line efficiency

• Comfortable with reporting tools (SAP/MIMO) and performance tracking

• Clear communicator with a calm, organised approach

What will you be doing?

• Leading the Pack House night team and ensuring high performance

• Managing line efficiency, product quality, and health & safety standards

• Overseeing daily planning, end-of-day reports, and shift handovers

• Supporting Line Leaders with training, cover, and development

• Ensuring full traceability of stock and compliance with all procedures

• Escalating issues and driving continuous improvement across the site
