  • Promote and enforce health & safety standards.
  • Manage consumables and equipment effectively.
  • Communicate with management, report issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers.

A leading engineering client in the Cookstown area is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor/Manager to join their team.This role offers the chance to work with a companythat specialise in everything from structural steel works to subcontract work.Our client provides high-quality, bespoke engineering solutions tailored to client specifications.As a Production Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position offers the unique chance to make a tangible impact on the quality and safety of the production line, while also contributing to the overall success of the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Supervise Production Schedule
  • Plan & Allocate workloads, Monitor performance and main productivity across the workshop
  • Have the ability to read and understand Technical drawings and ensure products are manufactured to drawing specification and within the time allowed
  • Ensure compliance with Quality standards, carry out inspections and manage documentation & traceability
  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety and complete weekly Health & Safety Inspections
  • Manage Consumables and equipment, including estimation, ordering & storage
  • Communicate with management, Report andy issues, Areas of improvements to management and report the days activities to management
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers
