Job Description

Production Supervisor - Hampshire, SP11 6JS, United Kingdom

Do you have sound judgment skills with a hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making in a warehouse environment? This may be the role for you! Working as a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the warehouse operation for Enham 3PL. You’ll manage the enterprise production and operatives to ensure they are equipped, on task, and able to deliver in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll assist the Enterprise Manager in developing improvements and efficiencies on production lines to support contractual targets, prioritizing quality in delivering outcomes.

The role will also involve liaising with stakeholders regarding costings on new orders and the development of production processes. You’ll work alongside the Enterprise Manager and Strive supported employment team to ensure the operation provides an environment where supported employees can access and develop employability skills and maintain employment.

About us

We are Enham! For over 100 years, we have been making a difference in the lives of disabled people, and we look forward to continuing this legacy. We explore opportunities with people so they can live the lives they choose by overcoming limitations and expanding possibilities.

Through first-class care, personal development, housing options, and employment, we support people to exercise individual choice and control in their lives. We live by our values: TOGETHER — we do amazing things, weWOW people every day, and we dare to be DIFFERENT!

About you

This role ideally suits someone currently working within a related field or with demonstrable experience in operational or production management. You’ll have strong organisational skills, the ability to work to targets and meet conflicting deadlines, and a forklift truck license. You’ll be confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding, and anticipating customer needs.

This position is based at Enham Trust, so the ability to commute to Andover, Hampshire, is preferred. We invest in our colleagues because we believe that a better day at work leads to better service for our customers. Our Aster Offer includes:

  • Focus on colleague wellbeing — workshops, employee assistance programs, mental health training, and a health cash plan
  • Investment in career development through leadership and colleague frameworks
  • Defined Contribution Pension and life assurance
  • Volunteering hours to give back
  • Savings at cinemas, gyms, holidays, and more
  • Recognition initiatives for colleagues who go above and beyond
