Job description

We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join an established food manufacturing business in Aberdeen.

We're particularly interested in speaking with people who already understand what it takes to work within a busy food production environment and have experience leading, supervising or supporting a production team.

You don't necessarily need to be an experienced Production Supervisor. If you are currently working as a Team Leader, Line Leader, Senior Operator or similar and are ready to take on more responsibility, we would be interested in hearing from you.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working within a food manufacturing or food processing environment
• A good understanding of how a food production area operates
• Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a production team
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Confidence organising people and keeping production moving effectively
• Good communication skills and a practical, hands‑on approach
• Someone comfortable working within a fast‑paced factory environment

Pay: £15.00 per hour + additional overtime opportunities Hours: 4 on, 4 off - day shifts
