JDR Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Supervisor in Boroughbridge. The role oversees a team in a food production/manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, training, and efficient production. You will implement GMP practices and drive KPI results in a medium-paced environment.

The position starts as temporary with a view to permanent transfer after 12 weeks, offering progression and free on-site parking. Salary is £15 per hour (£33,150 per annum equivalent) with weekday hours.

Formación

• Experience as Production Supervisor/Line Leader in food production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and health & safety practices.
• Excellent communicator and can build rapport with the team.
• Hardworking and driven with KPI focus.
• Ability to train staff (agency and permanent).

Production Supervisor

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing client in Boroughbridge as they go through a period of growth. We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the business; the ideal candidate will come from a food production or manufacturing environment and can successfully lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

This is a temporary to permanent role, transferring after 12 weeks.
