Production Supervisor (Food & Drink)
Location: Co Down
Salary: £30-35k DOE
Reports to: Managing Director

Our client is an up-and-coming drinks manufacturer literally shaking up the freezer isle! As they scale up, they are on the lookout for a hands-on Production Supervisor to keep things slick, smooth, and stress-free.

Your day to day
As Production Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind their manufacturing operations. You'll lead their in-house team, coordinate with co-packers, and make sure their products go out the door on time, to spec, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fast-moving, high-energy role perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves making things happen!

  • Oversee day-to-day production and packing operations
  • Manage production schedules and inventory with suppliers/co-packers
  • Supervise and support a small team, ensuring quality and safety
  • Uphold food safety standards (HACCP, SALSA, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly
  • Maintain accurate production records and batch logs
  • Support New Product Development trials and test runs
  • Help streamline workflows and improve operations
  • Jump in to help other areas of the business as needed


Your essential ingredients

  • Experience in a food/drink production or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Able to lead a small team and work independently
  • Familiar with (or willing to learn) Unleashed software
  • Great communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Most importantly: initiative, drive, and team spirit!

Desirable

  • Not a deal breaker however it would be great if you had experience of drinks industry and/or mechanical aptitude
