MSM Milling is Australia's leading family-owned integrated oilseed crushing, refining, packing, and feed milling facility. Located in Manildra—just a short drive from Orange—our facility sits in the heart of the NSW canola-growing region.

We’re looking for a motivated Production Supervisor – Feedmill to join our highly skilled team. In this role, you’ll oversee the production of premium pelletised stockfeed and meal, supplying both local and international livestock markets. Reporting to the Feedmill Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising, coaching, and developing the feedmill team
• Managing technical and operational aspects of the feedmill
• Working closely with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and QA teams
• Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards
• Driving a strong safety and compliance culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in operating feedmills or working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet customer demands
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support decision-making
