Location: Aberdeen

In this role, you will oversee a small, new team of production technicians, creating your own team culture and processes. You will shadow engineers to learn product assembly, then manage planning, quality control, and team supervision. The Role:

• Oversee the assembly of subsea acoustic equipment, including beacons and sensor packages
• Plan production schedules to optimize efficiency and accuracy

• 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours to be agreed upon
