Production Supervisor/Manager – Manchester, TN

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Manchester, TN area seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor/Manager to lead high-volume production operations and drive performance across a large team. This is a key leadership role with strong potential for career growth and advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for a large-scale production team
  • Drive performance using data and KPI reporting — manage production metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize workflows
  • Foster a strong team culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure targets are met
  • Utilize ERP systems (SAP), Excel, and data tools to manage schedules, track inventory, and forecast production needs
  • Mentor and develop frontline supervisors and team members to grow internal talent and support succession planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of production leadership experience, OR 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success managing large teams in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data reporting, spreadsheets, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
  • People-first leadership style—motivational, approachable, and team-focused
  • Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Someone eager to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibility over time
