The O2, operated by AEG Europe, is seeking a Production Supervisor on a 1-year fixed-term contract to help deliver concerts, sporting events and exhibitions at one of the world’s busiest venues.

Based at The O2 in London, you’ll oversee event infrastructure, coordinate contractors and on-site logistics, and work with internal teams to ensure safe, smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

As The O2 marks 20 years of unforgettable live experiences in 2027, we're looking for a Production Supervisor (1-year fixed term contract) to help deliver the concerts, sporting events, exhibitions and special events that make this venue one of the busiest and most recognised in the world.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the heart of event delivery, working behind the scenes to turn ambitious event plans into reality. From managing event infrastructure and logistics to coordinating contractors and supporting live event operations, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for millions of visitors.

What You'll Be Doing
Event Delivery & Operations
  • Support the delivery of production operations across the arena and event spaces, ensuring events are delivered safely, efficiently and successfully.
  • Act as Duty Manager for the department when rostered.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery from planning through to live operation.
Event Infrastructure & Planning
  • Coordinate the delivery of staging, seating, rigging and temporary event infrastructure.
  • Produce and maintain event CAD layouts and technical plans.
  • Ensure event plans align with venue Health & Safety procedures, industry best practice and current legislation.
Logistics & Site Coordination
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, collections and event logistics.
  • Oversee production compounds, loading dock activity and storage areas.
  • Support the smooth movement of equipment, vehicles and contractors across the venue.
Contractor & Workforce Management
  • Work closely with and supervise labour providers, contractors and service partners.
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure work is delivered safely and meets operational requirements.
Assets, Compliance & Administration
  • Support the management of departmental assets, inspections and maintenance programmes.
  • Assist with departmental administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipting and maintaining accurate financial records.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
  • Experience working within live events, arenas, theatres or similar venues.
  • Good understanding of event infrastructure and production operations.
  • Experience supervising contractors and temporary workforces.
  • Understanding of event logistics, loading dock operations and equipment movements.
Skills & Approach
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and event days when required.
