Production Supervisor
Location: Wellingborough
Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5:00pm | Fri 8:30am–2:00pm
£29,000 p/a
Face to Face Solutions are recruiting for a Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, they are looking for an experienced and proactive candidate to lead day-to-day factory operations and ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
In this hands-on role, you’ll manage a production team, oversee shift briefings, maintain quality control, coordinate with transport and planning teams, and ensure materials and consumables are in place. You’ll be responsible for daily checks, stock monitoring, and supporting continuous improvement across the floor.
We’re looking for someone with proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of health & safety. a UK driving licence is essential for this role along with a in date RTITB or ITTSAR counterbalance licence.
