About the Role

Our client, an award-winning, independent family-owned manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will manage manufacturing and warehousing operations, overseeing and improving end-to-end operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety targets are met in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control and efficient workflows.
  2. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing stock and raw materials.
  3. Survey and measure client requirements.
  4. Design projects using AutoCAD.
  5. Attend client sites and liaise via telephone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
  6. Implement operational procedures to improve productivity, scalability, and efficiency.
  7. Manage the workshop team.
  8. Ensure health and safety standards and site maintenance are upheld to promote a safe working environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Proactive in process improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
  • CAD experience, ideally AutoCAD.
  • FLT Licence training can be provided.
Working Hours

9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am - 2pm on Friday.
