We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising production lines, managing teams, and enforcing quality and safety standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the shop floor.

Ensure production schedules are followed and output meets quality and delivery standards.

Monitor equipment and machinery performance; report or coordinate maintenance when necessary.

Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to improve efficiency and skillsets.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Track production metrics and generate reports on productivity, downtime, and output.

Coordinate with quality control and inventory departments to ensure seamless production flow.

Resolve production issues, troubleshoot delays, and ensure minimal production disruptions.

Maintain proper documentation of shift activities, incidents, and performance.

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Experience in managing shift operations and handling workforce.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes, machines, and materials.

Working knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with ISO, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices is preferred.
