Job description

Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Cell Leader required to join a electronics manufacturer in Nottingham. The successful Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Cell Leader will manage production orders to ensure they are completed on time, whilst documenting and improving the production process. The successful Production Supervisor will be responsible for driving a "quality culture" and resolving any quality issues.

The successful Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Supervisor will need to have experience of managing production lines and teams ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is an onsite role, the successful candidate will need to be within commutable distance of Nottingham.

Package:

• £35,000- £38,000 Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Managing production orders to ensure they are completed on time and in full
• Managing product quality to ensure the product is built right first time
• Managing productivity to ensure all industry standards are being adhered to
• Managing non-conforming products
• Documenting and improving the production processes
• Identify improvements across the business and work with the relevant teams to implement changes
• Ensure high standard products by driving a "quality culture" within teams and resolving any quality issues

Requirements:

• Experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing business
• Experience within Electronic manufacturing, contract electronic manufacturing or electronic assembly would be advantageous
• Knowledge of PCBs, PCBAs or EMS would be advantageous
• Commutable to Nottingham
• Experience of ensuring quality standards across the business
