Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing chilled food manufacturers!
We produce over 120,000 sandwiches, wraps, and salads daily, supplying major supermarkets, rail operators, airlines, and schools from our modern, semi-automated factory. We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced, high-care environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading operations across 6 production lines (Sandwiches, Wraps, Fresh Paninis, Salads) within a modern facility. You’ll manage line leaders and production staff to ensure smooth workflow, minimal downtime, and consistent product quality.

Oversee daily high-care food production operations

Manage, mentor, and support line leaders and operatives

Organise staffing rotas, manage absence, holiday cover, and training

Maintain strict product traceability and ensure BRC compliance

Liaise with Admin, Goods In, and senior management

Conduct performance reviews, disciplinaries, and return-to-work meetings

Drive continuous improvement and maintain GMP & food safety standards

About You:

Experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing or food production environment

Excellent people leadership and communication skills

Computer literate and process-oriented

Comfortable working across departments and managing shift priorities

Proactive, reliable, and flexible in your approach
