• Compile production reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of all production equipment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the shop floor team, ensuring production output, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve departmental goals.

Manage workflow, labour allocation, and daily production targets.

Ensure all work meets required quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Interpret technical drawings and support weld quality coordination.

Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Monitor hours worked, taking proactive steps to prevent overruns and non‑productive time.
