We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for 1st Shift to support and supervise assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Camden facility. The anticipated annual salary starts at $53,000 and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Enters employee payroll information and production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelors degree .
• Union environment experience .
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

• This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Camden, NJ location.
• They will be responsible for working the following schedule: 6:00am - 3:00pm, with additional hours as needed
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen are required for this position.
